Prof. Cen Li,

Biography: Cen Li received B.S. (1993) in Computer Science from Middle Tennessee State University, and M.S. (1995) and Ph.D. (2000) in Computer Science from Vanderbilt University. Her teaching expertise is in Data Mining, Robotics, and Artificial Intelligence. Dr. Li maintains an active research program. Her research projects involve the design and development of intelligent systems that extract useful and interesting patterns from large amounts of data, and computer supported instructional technology for Computer Science education. Dr. Li has more than 40 refereed research publications. She has been PI and co-PI on six grants from the National Science Foundation. She has served as the expert panel reviewer for the National Science Foundation. Dr. Li has been the program member of a number of international conferences.
